zz999 may suspend or permanently close a player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Confirmed or suspected underage gambling (player is under 18 years of age).
• Evidence of collusion, cheating, bonus abuse, or exploitation of system errors.
• Evidence of money laundering or use of the platform for any illegal financial activity.
• At the player's own request (voluntary account closure).
• Player activation of the self-exclusion feature (see Responsible Gaming).
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

• Gaming or betting losses incurred on the platform, regardless of the circumstances.
• Temporary unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or third-party service disruption.
